Psychologist,
counsellor and coach in training

Sessions in Dutch, English, or Russian, online or in-person

Alongside my expertise in expatriation, burn-out, employability, and narcissism, I can assist you with:

  • stress,
  • loneliness,
  • difficulties with integrating into a new country and culture,
  • persistent tiredness, demotivation,
  • overthinking,
  • re-integrating after a burnout,
  • struggles in communication with others,
  • (overwhelming) emotions and difficulties with managing them,
  • low self-esteem,
  • fear to make a change,
  • wish to have a more fruitful profession,
  • wish to achieve goals more quickly (by slowing down),
  • and generally speaking, wish for a better life.

If you think it’s time to shake things off, let me know. You don't have to go through it all alone.

In my work, I use an integrative approach. That is, I combine the most efficient evidence-based practices from different psychological schools to meet unique needs of each client.

The use of the most modern techniques allows the shortest treatment times, with a maximum of 5 sessions for a moderate concern.

Together, we will look at your situation and you will leave with a solution that fits you.

fees

The first (intake) session is free of charge. The intake session allows aligning on your needs and expectations for therapy so that I can support you in the best possible way

All the following sessions are charged at 90 euro (incl. taxes).

Duration of one session is 1 hour.

Insurance, unfortunately, doesn't cover this charge.

On average, 3-5 sessions are required for a request of a moderate complexity.

slowing down is not doing everything at a snail's pace.

it's being conscious about what you do, think, feel, and observe in yourself and others.
